The communication was confusing. Updates came later than expected, and I had to follow up just to get basic parking details. I don’t like feeling like I might miss something important or lose time because the instructions aren’t clear. Overall, it wasn’t a smooth experience.

"Pickup was way more confusing than it should’ve been"
I had a really frustrating time trying to figure out where to go for pickup. The instructions didn’t seem clear or up to date, and even after calling, I got different answers from different people. After a long flight, the last thing I wanted was to be wandering around stressed and unsure of where to go. It left me feeling tired, irritated, and not very confident in the service.

"Cancellation policy feels really unfair"
Their cancellation policy felt unfair to me. Plans change, especially when flights are involved!! But there was barely any flexibility, and I didn’t feel like they handled it very well. I’m disappointed and probably won’t use them again.

"Really helpful when my flight was delayed"
My flight ended up being late, but they still sorted out my parking without any hassle at all. It was a relief not having to stress about it after traveling. A friend had recommended them to me, i’m glad they did.

"Maybe it was just me, but…"
Maybe it was just me, but this lot was really frustrating to use. There were big potholes everywhere and the signs weren’t very clear, so getting in and out felt like way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. Trying to deal with it while carrying bags made it even worse. I wouldn’t use this place again...

I was already annoyed from waiting in the queue, and then the checkout failed twice when I tried to pay. It made me nervous, because I wasn’t sure if the payment had gone through or if I’d be charged more than once

"Too inconsistent for the price"
I’ve used them a few times now, the service is just way too hit or miss. One time the pickup went fine, then the next time I was waiting forever and no one seemed to have a clue what was happening. The staff can be friendly one visit and totally checked out the next. For what they charge, I really expect things to be more reliable. I’m careful about where I spend my money, and this just doesn’t feel worth the hassle anymore

I didn’t feel completely comfortable leaving my car there. The security seemed a bit lacking to me, so I’m not sure I’d choose to park there again.

"Covered Parking Wasn’t Actually Available"
I booked through jetsetparking.com mainly because I wanted covered parking, but when I showed up, it wasn’t available and I had to leave my car outside anyway. That was frustrating enough, but trying to get a straight answer afterward felt like I was emailing a robot. The replies were generic and didn’t really address the issue. Overall, annoying experience and I probably wouldn’t use them again...

"Booking matched, but I still had to double-check everything"
Everything ended up matching my booking exactly, including the pickup time and car details, so that was a relief. Check-in was quick and there weren’t any weird mix-ups. I just wish it didn’t feel like I had to put in the effort to double-check the email and details myself beforehand, but overall it went smoothly and I’d use them again

"Booked Ahead but Still No Parking"
I booked a spot in advance, but when I got there, there weren’t any spaces available at all. that’s frustrating and not worth the hassle if reserving doesn’t actually guarantee you a place to park.

I booked with them thinking it would be simple if I needed to make a small change later, but that definitely wasn’t the case. When I tried to adjust my reservation, it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected and took the fun out of the whole thing. after dealing with that, I don’t think I’d use them again.

The shuttle was mostly reliable and got me where I needed to go without much trouble. That said, after I paid, I started feeling a little unsure because the communication wasn’t as clear as I expected. Everything worked out in the end, but I would’ve felt better with more reassurance after payment.

"Refund process felt unfairly slow"
I booked parking through jetSet Parking but ended up needing to cancel. I totally understand refunds can take a few days, and I don’t expect everything to happen instantly, but this one dragged on way longer than I felt was fair. I kept checking my bank account and email for updates, and support didn’t really give me a clear answer on what was going on. If a company takes payment quickly, it seems only reasonable that refunds should be handled with the same level of care. I probably won’t use them again.

"Disappointed because I usually like this service"
I’ve used this shuttle company before and usually had a decent experience, so I was kind of torn leaving this review. But this ride really wasn’t great. The seats felt dirty and gross, and the whole trip was uncomfortable. I want to keep liking them, but they definitely need to do better with cleaning and comfort

"Check-in was actually fast, which was great…"
Check-in was actually fast, which was great because I really don’t have the patience to stand around waiting forever. The guy at the desk clearly knew what he was doing, and the shuttle showed up without much of a wait. When we got back, check-out was just as easy, the car was ready, and we were out of there in a few minutes. The only thing I’d say is the signs could be a little clearer, but overall it was a good experience.

"Uncomfortable waiting area and poor communication"
The waiting area was uncomfortable. The seats were hard, the room was cold, and I ended up sitting there way longer than expected. What made it more annoying was that no one really explained what was going on or how long the wait would be, so I was just left guessing the whole time.

"Not What I Expected After a Long Drive"
Parking was fine, so I figured the stop would be decent overall, but the restroom was a letdown. It smelled bad, the trash was overflowing, and the floor looked nasty. After being on the road for hours, I was just hoping for a clean place to freshen up, and this really didn’t meet that expectation.
